ONE-DAY ACTING INTENSIVE

 

FOR ADULTS 18+

Scene work focused on listening, connection, and truthful performance.

 

This one-day acting intensive is designed for actors who want to go deeper into scene work and break through habits that limit truthful connection.

​

Participants will work in pairs on selected scenes, focusing on listening, presence, and clarity of intention. The day includes guided exercises, rehearsal time, and scene performances with thoughtful feedback in a supportive, focused environment.

SCHEDULE

​

  • Time: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM - 8 hours, with breaks

  • Cost: $195 

  • Limited Enrollment: min 6 participants,  Max 12

  • Lunch provided. Coffee, tea, and light nourishment available throughout the day.

​

Participants should be prepared to work collaboratively and perform scenes.

​

Led by working artists Winter Williams and Matthew A. Brown, these intensives offer a rare opportunity to engage deeply with acting and screenwriting through real-world experience, focused mentorship, and thoughtful feedback in an intimate studio setting.​​

​

All acting intensives take place at In The Pines Studio, a warm, home-like creative space set in a quiet rural landscape just outside of town. The studio’s soft lighting, thoughtful decor, and intimate scale create a retreat-like environment that supports focus, presence, and deep work.

REGISTRATION & POLICIES

  • Registration is confirmed upon payment.

  • Due to limited space, we are unable to hold spots without payment.

  • Registration closes 7 days prior to the start date. Sessions will be confirmed at that time.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless our minimum enrollment is not met.

  • If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another participant with advance notice.

  • In some cases, cancellations made at least 7 days prior may be credited toward a future intensive (subject to availability).

  • In the event that minimum enrollment is not met, participants will be notified and issued a full refund or credit.

  • Participation requires respectful engagement with instructors and fellow participants.
