Come watch this nostalgic film for all you 80s and 90s guys and gals out there. One of my favorites will be played on a Laserdisc presented in part by the Wisconsin Computer Club. Come have fun at In The Pines Studio with this classic film and get some cinema education with this obsolete media format from the 80s!
A laser disc, also known as a LaserVision disc, is an optical disc technology that was developed in the 1970s and used for the storage of video and audio content. It predates the more popular DVD and Blu-ray disc technologies. Laser discs were 12 inches in diameter and were similar in size to a vinyl LP record.
Our film starts at 6:30. Comfy vintage couches and chairs are first come first served.
